A family tradition

Steeped in the experience handed down by two generations of winemakers, we have energised this heritage
We tend 7 hectares of vine, and we offer a range of wines of character, made with absolute respect for the land and for tradition. Sparkling white and rosé wines, made according to the Champagne method, are also added in addition to the seven traditional grape varieties.

Dear customers,

A new turn is coming after good, or exceptional harvestings, and sometimes tricky ones.

As you might know, we will not have successors. We have decided to stop turn to wine our grapes. You will find in the price list the last vintage wines our vineyard.

Thank you for your confidence during all that time.

Simone et André (07/31/2016)

We aim to preserve the natural balance of our vineyard, growing our vines with care and experience.

Our vineyard is split over several hillsides with separate geologies.
We strive to give you natural, authentic wines, which is why:

  • Our vines benefit from permanent cover planting, contributing to the quality of the soil and the ecosystem.
  • Disbudding and pruning are done by hand, in order to control foliage volumes, thereby preventing parasites and vine diseases.
  • Treatments are limited and are subject to stringent and frequent health checks.

We are located on the Alsace wine route, 30km south of Strasbourg, at the foot of Mount St.Odile.

Rosheim is a site that has been inhabited since the Neolithic period. The ancient medieval gate towers are the symbol of its status as a free town. This status was granted subsequent to its adherence to the decapolis in 1354. The Roman Church of St Peter and Paul, dating from the 12th century, glorifies Roman art, with its sculpted bestiary and worked capitals. The numerous timbered houses, Roman house dating from the 12th century, walks in the vineyard and in the forest will help make your stay in our town a memorable one.

Mount St.Odile, at 763 metres altitude, overlooks our vineyard. This oft-visited pilgrimage site offers a panoramic view over the plains of Alsace.

The Alsace wine route, twisting from North to South through the vines and villages, passing through Rosheim, will allow you to discover our wines and our lands.
